i bought the
world almanac for kids 2003 (my classmate melody has it too) on the ortigas mrt station on my way to sm for my skating lessons ... and its full of interesting facts like what the world's fastest roller coaster is (Doponda in japan) and it also features interesting museums such as the pretzel museum, american sanitary plumbing museum, cookie jar museum, etc. it also has jokes like why is 2+2=5 like your left foot?(it's not right) and when is a door not a door (when its ajar). the book's only 150, a real bargain.
